Location-Based Services

LA Underground Radio collects a visitor’s geolocation data through the LA Underground Radio Services for purposes of offering visitors relevant content. Geolocation data consists of general location information based on latitude and longitude, if the visitor has enabled location services for an LA Underground Radio application on the visitor’s mobile device. LA Underground Radio also may approximate a visitor’s location based on the IP address of the visitor’s computer or mobile device.

Children

Children should always get permission from their parents before sending information about themselves, such as their names, email addresses and phone numbers, through the web or a mobile device to LA Underground Radio or anyone else.

Within LA Underground Radio mobile sites, applications and related features, LA Underground Radio may collect a device’s unique identifier, operating system, device model, application version, automobile make for certain connected-car platforms and content preferences.

Geolocation

Interactive Sponsorship Acknowledgments

LA Underground Radio may use third-party vendors that collect unique device identifiers and voice-activated actions taken in response to interactive audio sponsorship acknowledgments.

These third-party vendors may use device identifiers and usage information to operate interactive sponsorship services and deliver targeted sponsorship acknowledgments within LA Underground Radio mobile services.
